"If so, we're sorry that our software cannot help you to unlock it, you can see the information on our official website. straight away i wrote them an email explaining the issue and I received a whole bunch of rubbish about if the screen displays this "activation lock"/" apple id"/"password" i downloaded registered and tried the software over a number of hours trying everything they said to do. this is stated at the front of the software. they claim that their software "Aiseesoft iPhone Unlocker - 1 Year/3 iOS Devices" will unlock any iPhone or iPad.
I seached the web and came across "aiseesoft". I have an ipad 9th gen that is locked "iPad not available" nothing else on the screen.
